Nasreen Ameer McGowan is an AHPRA registered general psychologist and has experience working within an organisational setting and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, supporting individuals facing emotional, personal, and workplace challenges. She provides a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore experiences and work towards meaningful change. She has a special interest in grief and loss, post-natal depression, PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, workplace stress, bullying, and major life transitions. She helps clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and strengthen wellbeing.
